整體來說很符合期待，人員的服務也很棒，雖然有缺點，但瑕不掩瑜。
實際房間跟照片看起還一樣，服務很好，飯店設施也很不錯，泳池乾淨，酒吧的調酒跟飲料很不錯，使用洗衣服務體驗也覺得很優良。因有跳島行程，等不到導遊的時候，需要叫車時，向櫃檯人員求助，櫃台人員也很積極幫忙，很棒! 退房托行李時，再泳池的飯店人員也煮幫忙拿行李，覺得很貼心。早餐5:30就開了，蠻豐富好吃的! the room looks like the same as the picture on web. Service and the hotel facilities are nice as well. Swimming pool is clean, the pool bar and the alcohol and drinks are good. Laundry service is quite nice. The hotel returned my clothes just at the time they promised, so I could check out on time. When having island hopping schedule in the morning but couldn't find the tour guide or when needing to grab a dudu, the service personnel helps us actively. On the day to check out, the worker in swimming pool assisted us to carry the luggage to the lobby proactively. Breakfast opens very early, so we could have a simple meal at 5:30 AM, and the meals are various and tastes good.
房間沒有拖鞋，要自己帶。浴室馬桶旁的沖洗器會漏水，所以牆角一職濕濕的，但看起來每天清房間的時候都沒有打算要處理，當然我們也沒有主動要求飯店處理這件事，但每天都有清理浴室卻沒看到也很怪。住在飯店三個晚上，第二天房間的衛生紙沒了，但沒有補，可能是沒注意到吧。 No slipper in the room. the flusher by the toilet is broken so it always leaks and the floor is wet, but no one fixes it even they clean our room everyday, though we did not request the hotel to solve the problem, it is still a little bit of strange not seeing this problems. they forgot to replenish the tissue in the room, but it's okay because there is spare tissue in the bathroom.
